I am concerned that when sending an email with a question to customer service, I receive a response asking for account name, billing zip code, and credit card information.
All my information is on file and I should not be getting this kind of request, particularly in regards to the simple email I sent. Quote

While account information is asked when contacting customer service as a security measure to verify your account any time account information is asked for, updated or changed regarding contact info, purchases etc. It will not be asked for general inquiries.
