Hello, as of 2/28/2018, we are no longer supporting Custom Nicknames. The removal of this feature allows us to make the process of future system updates more efficient and less problematic, as well as eliminate the possibility of duplicate nicknames appearing across multiple accounts.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. If you have a nickname you’d like to reserve for your exclusive use, please add it to your list of screen names in the MyAccount area or contact customer service if you’ve run out of options.
