I hope the site does reply and allows Models to see Game and Tech forums .

Challenge to all : Try a new game daily . Let's see what type of games works best .

Derek : Have you thought of a Comic character game ?
Use last letter to name a new Character or Word Association Game .

I do not think al games will be popular . I hope some bring a little fun is all .

For now I think, we should just make sure the topic stays visible in the Tech Forum, we could ask Kiri and Amy to post their opninions, too. When more different people voice their opinion, we can ask directly "please answer us".

I like the idea about a "fictional character name" game ... would not want to restrict this to only comics ... just in case, lol. Word association is more fun than ABC type of games I think, although in the newest ABC sentences I find it a funny challange.

NO, I don't want to have more than one consecutive post. I find this unfair and unnecessary. I do this out of protest, because SOME PEOPLE think they can do what they want when they want and where they want.

LickaU (Bart), I did think of comic book characters. I didn't start a game, with them not because I didn't want to. It's from trying to post, and keep up, with some of the game threads there are. Since you started a comic book character game thread, then I don't have a problem, with it. I did post a response to your start of it underneath.

Some fun games I have seen would involve the possibility to post and exchange pictures ...
Not even a Rebus puzzle game is possible, since any amount of white spaces is compressed to a single one ... so not even ASCII picture puzzles are possible.

Okay, so one "old" game I am interested in is based on this post by performer Heather Fox:

I am just not sure how to put it - make it a "Random Question of the Day" and leave 24 (American, "Flirt") hours for anyone to answer as often has (s)he* wants, leave it open for an entire week in case someone is traveling or busy in other ways (no pun intended)??

And who is then going to post the next "Random Question" for the next time period?!?
A list of a few such questions could be given in advance, but how random is it then? Anybody could post a suggestion for the next random question at ANY time during the period of answering the current one ... etc.

I could just go ahead and we try it out and fix it on the go ... any comments and/or ideas on this?

Heather Fox topic died early because almost no one knows so much about themselves and willing to type a short story like that .
Random game that does not require so much should work .
If over 1/2 the games made are being used next year is success to me :twocents

I thought of one, or another thing, which can never be too late to start doing. Before we post a response, or answer to the next post, we shouldn't respond right away, in case, there might be a delay on this website, or if the person, who did respond, with the next answer wants to "edit" what they had posted. If there are people, who seem to be responding really quick, or fast, with answers after each other, or continued posts.

Such a battle of responses is usually restricted to a handful of the most popular games. When I notice it I simply go down the page to the last game that interests me and work myself up from there :drinkup

Chris, right now, you're the one, who is, and seems to be responding by posting to this "Chitchat Cafe" thread of "Discussions, Ideas, and Thoughts About Current, Future, and Past Games" because of seem to not have anything else to do. Even including a little :offtopic

thing about neighbors. One of the answers I posted, and said to you about continuous posts after each other, and to try to post songs from artists, and groups, or bands was a suggestion, and not anything else.

Derek - I have similar problem when a new page starts [every 20 replies] .
I will try to delay if I see you are posting .
I wish forums were more responsive and update quicker .
Longest delays for me are @ 10 minutes for new pages .
