I feel like the VIP folks have been very patient. We give this site our money each month and expect to have a certain level of service. I feel as though we have not been getting this level of service for the past few weeks. While I remain very loyal to the site and I remain extremely pleased with the product, will some consideration be given to us VIP folks and the loyal customers who have been patient through the website's many issues these past few weeks. The only response we seem to get is that the problem is being fixed...the problem is being fixed...and problems like this aren't getting fixed.
I don't want to sound like a whiner, but I just wonder if the problems will ever be fixed or will we continue to not get the service level we are paying for (ie...private shows not delivered timely, repeat daily VOD shows, website outages, sporadic problems with doing shows, etc.) because I've had problems with the site many times over the past few weeks. I know it's frustrating for everyone, and I appreciate your upfront and candid nature.
