I've noticed on several of my shows that the audio and video are not synced when I watch them. Some of these shows are older that used to play back just fine but now don't. I also noticed the last three shows I did have this issue. I contacted customer service and they told me to update my flash player which it was it still happened. Has anyone seen this that might have a solution I could try?
Thanks, we are aware of this issue with some of the recordings and are working on a fix to re-encode the files so that everything syncs up. The problem isn't on all videos, but we understand that some are affected. If you could post some video ID numbers or send them to support we can work to test with those.
