The ability to use Flash player option for video does not seem to work. it just keeps trying to connect to the video. I am using the most up to date version of chrome but does also seem the case for firefox.

We offer both Flash and HTML5 choose NAND player for HTML 5 and choose HLS player for flash you should see the option to switch between the 2 on the left hand side of the models video screen.

I can confirm what English_man33 said,
Flash player option for video does not seem to work at the moment. it keeps trying to connect to the video.
I tried all updated browsers that works with different flash player plugins such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or IE, i verified for all of them the flash player plugin was active but all of them returned the same message: "Flash took too long to respond. It may not have been enabled for this site. Please check your browser's Flash plugin settings for individual sites."

I know both are offered but there has not been any update by any site admins to say that flash has been turned off so I reported the issue to be looked into, as for now it is part of the site.

If you are having issues trying to use Flash this could be due to a saved cookie that is being set for you to use flash player as the 'preferred' player. Please try clearing your cookies and cache that way it will default you back to the other two players. Let us know if that works. Thank you! :thumbsup
