Hi admins,

it seems Flirt Phone is not working at the moment. Several models reported this and I tried to call one during chat, all stats fine from my window as much as from his side, yet I got the message, "the model is not currently accepting calls ..."

What's going on?

Ben Westler (same Russian studio).

Hello - thank you for the quick response. So we were able to verify FlirtPhone is working overall. There are a couple issues that could be causing problems:

- Aelit Cox - it's working fine (we tested calling), but there is a display issue with where you see the pin number in the model's room. Even if you have an 8 digit pin, only 6 digits display - if you check your MyAccount or the model's bio you should be able to verify if you're entering your pin correctly. We will also fix this display issue from the rooms.

- Ben Wrestler - his phone is not working due to how his number was entered. We have reached out to the model to fix the issue.

It seems like everything is working, the model just might not have picked up on that call in time. Please let us know if you run into any other issues.
