I started a show today, got bounced out of the show immediately, and then all of my credits were gone. I have never had that happen before. No one is answering the customer service line. I get a "the mailbox is full message". Maybe everyone is on vacation. Now I have to spend the morning with the credit card company. F4F has been aq very good company for years, but recently something very bad is happening.

I figured it out! The transaction to buy credits was never accepted. My credit card was never charged. So all is good. My mistake. Happy New Year
