This is a problem both for those who wish to compose posts in a language not English ... but for those whom wish to converse by forum message in their own non-English language or the recipient's own non-English language.

It would seem to me not to be a great challenge to expand the forum character set table. Please assign one of my beloved monkeys in fezzes to remedy this issue.
