I'm not able to play my recorded videos or Daily VODS using the Chrome browser in Windows 10, but I can play them using the Edge browser. Any idea what the problem is in Chrome?

Weird. My Chrome works fine, but I've never been able to get Edge to play VODs no matter what I do.

Hi!
It sounds like your flash is disabled. Click on the circle-i at the front of your URL and make sure that it says "always for this site" next to flash. If that doesn't work, please contact our customer service team for additional assistance.

Thanks for the response. Flash is enabled, so that wasn't the problem.

For some unknown reason, the problem has just now resolved itself, so hopefully it's OK now.

Very strange. It stopped working again, but still works in Edge. If it persists, I'll contact customer service.

I have similar problems using safari on my iPad. Sometimes it works when using one website, but not another

I do not have a problem with my VOD's, but starting today I cannot get into a room. When I enter a room a note in the address bar says plugins blocked, if I quickly select that note and then select allow plug ins it will sometimes open room. I have checked and I have flash set to allow for all sites, and even listed F4F in the allow list but it still blocks. I tried changing to the browser video player but it still blocked when I went into a room and I had to allow plugin with each room entry to get it to work.

Thank you guys for being patient with us as we investigate the issue. After doing some testing, we discovered that Chrome had a recent update which caused the issues you all are experiencing. We were able to duplicate it. Please know that we are working to find a solution for Chrome, but in the meantime please switch to a different browser. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer service.
