when i use the sites c2c checker , i get the camera and microphone test successful
i can see myself and it all looks ok
when i go to go live i see myself but then it flickers and is quickly followed by the message unable to get websocket connection retrying . it tries a reconnect but never connects .
i have tried disconnecting antivirus, i have tried rebooting my router , i have tried rebooting my computer , ive tried unplugginng my cam and using a different port , i have tried on chrome and edge . im using windows 10 22h2 updated
any ideas ?

In my case there were many attempts to solve the issue in consultation with tech support, but ultimately it was unsuccessful . I decided to buy another webcam to see if that was causing my issue and this has solved my problem . The old cam works fine on other applications just not here , I am not sure why .
