Well i did have VS Jason assisting me but my last 3 emails to him have been unanswered. I sent several screen shots but there is still no resolution. I would like a status update on when I will be able to access this site. It seems like these forums are the best place to get assistance.

Phone has been the faster - you have someone working ONLY with you in real time with your problem.
I always got an answer and resolution on phone or shortly afterwards .
Email directly in the past worked well for me . Titus and Nubia always fixed the problem and sent an email back .
Forums - get help from members . Nice to see Jason try to assist .
Often the slowest of the 3 . Nice to see if other members having the same problem .
I never used mail a letter / snail mail option .
It seems you have an unique problem .
Jason probably is getting 2nd and 3rd opinions to try to fix .
I use "Submit Help" form . Try that - site replied very quickly 2 times I used it this last week .
We had a member - Purgatory , who was able to help fix most problems for members and models .
Hopefully he will return someday soon .
