But we are the problem according to CS. Non of the rooms have the preview now. Video takes forever to load if i does load. when you enter a room.

Are you bouncing from room to room in voyeur when this happens? Possibly clicking on rooms that are listed near the bottom of the home page? This is far from acceptable
i have had this on both sites for three days now... and you guys have not even bothered to answer my emails.. it occurs all the time in alkl rrooms, all the time in any log in attempt from grey to logged in

I disabled the ad-blocker, as I read in another post, and it started working fine.

Turns out we are the problem. Turn off adblock for this site. Quote
The team was making updates to the chat servers today, so that type of error should have been a temporary issue. Please let us know if this issue persists (aside from entering a room of a model that is transitioning).

Turns out we are the problem. Turn off adblock for this site.
maybe that's why i didn't have the issue.. I also disabled extensions and I got some other issues workin' better... not 100% but better..
