5 times tonight bounced & or black screen no video. Also the emoji with movement, ‘lets tip’ & (rasp) remain frozen. Browsers used:

I don't have anything new to add to this thread but I thought I'd at least chime in and acknowledge that we're very much aware that connection issues persist. Some of the work we've done to limit the errors are finished and obscured by network instability. Other efforts are still pending but we remain hopeful that when released they will provide an improvement in several areas.

This is the first I've personally heard of animated emoticons not animating so I'll be sure to forward this to the UI team.

Hey F4F, you are already aware there is a problem. I have no audio or video connection to the site, the only medium working for me is chat.
Must be a severe problem as it has been on going for nearly twelve hours.
It was good at least being able to talk.

Guys i know it is frustrating not being able to connect to the site. But be assured that they are doing everything to sort this problem.
But our thoughts should be with our friends, they are the ones that suffer the most, they get no compensation being unable to work due to these problems. We can live with these problems they cannot.

GUYS from 4f4 - when will you fix that problem? Actual the site just works for me when i use flash. But becaues of a lot known reasons i don´t like to use flash. No chance to enter any room with browser-html-player. I use the latest firefox. Chrome shows the same issues. I guess a lot of usere think the same as me about flash. Its unsecure, outdated and all over all the worst way to see content in internet.

Overnight we solved a problem with non-US based viewing of video. In this case chat connections would work fine but the 'spinning wheel' displayed when loading video would likely never go away.

Network was pretty stable overnight as well.

I replied to another tbread but. I am also having the same issue and have been for sometime. Most people’s rooms do not load. I have tried internet explorer and google chrome and nothing seems to work. Any resolution in the works? I never got this error message previously. I think you guys changed to a new video stream platform and it is working negatively.

Just happened again for me on two different shows this morning. The first one had issues at the end so i just ended it.
The second one the video died about a minute or two after the start. I tried refreshing and nothing worked. Then the model suddenly went offline. I don't care what customer service says, I want all the credits used for that show given back. It's happening a lot lately.
And it's not us, there's too many people over too long of a time period reporting it to be a client-side problem.

This non-US chat rooms may be a hint, I tend to visit non US models and have this problem a lot but yesterday I was in a US model room for over 5 hours and did not have a disconnect once. So sound off if you have had this problem with US models.

If this is the case you could probably use the LCM connection to trouble shoot I see it keeps getting kicked off line also as it is supposed to be up 24 hours you can reliable monitor it and see if you can detect a problem (I dread the thought of looking at a 24 hour wire shark report but it is a dangerous job but you can do it).

The problem persists. Sometimes it is an issue upon entering the room. Other times it is during a transition, usually from open to group, but sometimes also when a model comes out of private back into open. Then messages pop up saying that Flash has failed and the system is trying a different browser, or that the video is loading slower than usual due to a connection problem (which it isn't, since if that were the case it wouldn't be affecting so many), or something along those lines.

Hey F4F As others have already stated this problem is still happening.
I cannot recall when there has been a problem that has persisted for so long. It is annoying for me as it deprives me of time online. but the affect on the models is more important.
