I am finding that my private sessions with models are unreliable in being saved. This never was the issue till the site started to add more features.

Stabilize the existing capabilities before you add new ones. I’ve been told that the saving of video from private sessions is not guaranteed before. I am also a vip for this reason, to be able to see my private sessions later.

The way things are going, there is no benefit in being a vip.

And those wondering, I am seeing a 60%+++ failure rate!!!! Why???

The same has happened to me. I am missing 5 video from one week period. This after years of not being an issue. I am used to having my privates within a couple of hours and group show the very next day, but suddenly it is hit or miss.
There are times I will pledge a group and not even stick around for the show because I don't want to read the moronic demands of some of the other members that think they are in a private show and the model should do all they want. For this reason, I will just wait for the video the next day with the chat removed.
All I get from customer service is the same scripted response that resolves nothing. Paying for a private show is expensive enough, I am not paying for the one time, one and done experience, I expect a copy of the show to last as long as I am a member here. I think this should go for any member, VIP or Premium.
No need for customer service to respond to this post, I know the script word for word. If you want to provide customer service, find these videos and add to our collection. We aren't just the Directors, we are also the Producers as we paid to have them made.

Like the OP, the biggest reason I maintain my VIP membership is to be able to play back previous shows.

This just happened to me yesterday but I'm trying to stay optimistic for now that it will still appear under my account.

In my experience, it has rarely happened when a show doesn't save. I can think of two off the top of my head within the last two years that I really wanted to play back but alas were gone/lost.

Other times when pledging to a group, they didn't show up until maybe a week later, which caught me by surprise but privates always felt more secure.

Yes, I provided it under the same topic in VIP General Discussions. It ws under my other user name with model Donatello Taylor on Friday 11/29 about 11 p.m. Eastern time.

At the very least, they should give out an extra VOD free pass each time they can't hold to their commitment of providing a recording.

Disappointed that two more VODs have not been saved with no update on if they'll be recovered or if this trend will continue.

2 out of 5 recovered. Is there still a chance to get the rest?
At least I got the two most important ones back. The remaining are 2 Group Shows and 1 with a model that should seek a career change.

Im having the same issue. Did an hour VOD two weeks ago that was lost. Told myself not to do it again, and i just did. Looks ike the is not going to come through either. Sigh. I will continue on the site, but i will be spending far less going forward if we are not getting recordings. This never used to be an issue.. What happened?
